What does MA Digital do?
We build and run business software: Cloud ERP, HRMS with a mobile app, CRM with automated social-media leads, AI & n8n automations, web development, hosting and FBR-integrated POS. Everything is delivered as a managed cloud service from Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Where are you located and which cities do you serve?
Our office is at P-70 Khizer Street, Saeed Colony 2, Faisalabad. Because our products are cloud-based, we serve clients across Pakistan and abroad, with on-site visits for implementation and training where needed.
How do I get a demo?

Cloud ERP
What is the ERP built on?
Oracle Database and Oracle APEX — the same technology used by banks and large enterprises — hosted in a top-ranking data centre with automated backups.
Which modules are included?
HRM, Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Production, Supply Chain, CRM and POS. You can start with any subset.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Custom forms, reports, approvals and integrations are developed at zero or nominal cost as part of your subscription.
How long does implementation take?
Typically 2–4 weeks for core modules, including data migration and training.
Security & data
Is our data safe?
Yes. SSL, no direct database access, encryption, hardened servers, IP restrictions, automated daily backups and server snapshots protect your data.
Who owns the data?
You do — always. A complete export is available on request.
What about downtime?
We guarantee 99% uptime and monitor systems 24/7. Critical issues are handled around the clock.
HRMS, CRM & POS
Which attendance machines work with the HRMS?
ZKTeco and most machines that export logs via SDK, database or files, plus face-recognition devices and GPS mobile attendance.
How does automated lead capture work?
We connect Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business and your website to the CRM. Leads are created instantly, assigned automatically and your team is notified.
Is the POS FBR-approved?
Our POS is integrated with FBR’s digital invoicing system. We handle registration, testing and go-live for your outlets.
Web & automation
Do you build WooCommerce and Shopify stores?
Yes, including local payment gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, cards) and courier integrations.
What is n8n?
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. We use it, together with AI models, to automate repetitive processes across your apps.
Can you host our website and applications?
Yes. Managed NVMe hosting with free SSL, daily backups and migration is available for websites, WordPress, and business applications.
